CC v4: how to open a form

Where can I choose the related form that I want to open when I click on a field of my chronoconnectivy-list. The field is clickable but a blank screen appears because the form isn't yet indicated.

You can select this under the "Admin Editing" or "Frontend Editing" tabs in your connection, your form should have a "ChronoConnectivity" App in order to be listed there, please check the CC tutorials on the FAQs page.
