Hi Guys,

Myself Mahipal aka Mikel Mittal. My friends also call me Mikel.I am a final year engineering student and I am here to learn Joomla from the beginning , i have the PSD file, I want to make it Custom Joomla Templates, can anybody Please suggest me from where i should start it .
