Spam and Empty fields

Hello, I have a working form installed, with compulsory fields and a recaptcha.
But sometimes I receive spammy emails with empty fields like this:

I think i've setted up the antispam in a good way, infact if I fill manually the form it dosn't allow me to leave empty fields.
I will upload a backup if you need.

Did you setup the captcha ?
