list to fill out

Hi,
is it possible to build a list with chronoforms - users can insert there name and so on like the image below.
When they klick the return-button, there name is at once shown in the list below.
Is it also possible to sorte the list in the columns.

Hi Maggie,

I didn't create this type of forms before but its doable, you will need a "DB save" in the "on submit", a "DB Multi record loader" with auto listing enabled in the "on load" along with the default "show html", and an "Event loop" after the "Db save" in the "on submit".

does not sound so hard, but my first test does not work - do you have pleasure to build this list for me, against payment? However, the entries in the list must also can be edited.
