Front End User Creates additional Textbox

Hello,

Im 100% novice to chronoforms,.

I want to create form where front end users can send me a list of items. I dont want to use the entire page for several lines of text boxes.

Is it possible to have say, 3 lines of textboxes and then have a button at the bottom of the last one saying, "Add Item", which when clicked creates another textbox and so on. can anyone help??? Thanks
