Create invitations based on models

Hey everyone,

I need to do something like http://www.alteuaire.es/haz-tu-invitacion.html. It is a form made with chronoforms that generate a pdf file based on some fields.
I guess it is using tcpdf, but I just don't know how it works.
Any help ? THX !
