Required fields and captcha not having an effect

Hi guys,

I seem to be having an issue with required fields and captcha not having an effect on form submission.

If I fill out the form but not the captcha then it requests the captcha is filled in but if nothing is filled out then the form is still sent with all empty fields.

Any ideas?

No idea at all :-( Please take a Form Backup using the icon in the Forms Manager and post it here (as a zipped file) or PM or email it to me and I'll take a closer look.

Hi jimdda,

ChronoForms processes the actions in sequence so the Check Captcha action needs to be before the Email and Show Thanks Message actions. Otherwise the email is sent before the captcha is checked.
