upload multi file widget

How do I get the upload multi file widget? Is it bundled with a version of chronoforms?
I'm currently using:
- Joomla 2.5.6
- chronoforms component 4.0 RC3.3
- chronoforms module V4 RC3.0
- chronoforms plugin V4 RC3.0
