Upload File - newbie

Hello,
I have no ideas how do go about using the upload file property.
Could someone tell me:
1. What type of field I need to add in my form (I built my initial templates with dreamweaver).
2. Is there a tutorial so show from scratch how to do this?

Hi, Did you read the tooltip at the file upload tab and another forum post has very helpful info too so please search the forums here, a file upload field must be of type : "file" and u must include : enctype="multipart/form-data" in teh "form tag attachment" field
