Update using hidden field does not work

Using Version 4 to update record using hidden field and DB save and DB record Loader does not work. Instead a new record is created every time.

Well I've done exactly as you said and it doesn't work. I've given you a back up of the form and you cannot seem to come up with anything wrong with it so the only other explanation is that its a bug.

Well I've given you the back up of my form to look at. If it doesn't include the DB Record Loader and DB Save Actions as you say I've no idea why it hasn't saved these in the back up, but I can give you my settings. This is getting very frustrating!

I've read them and you have no answer as to how to resolve this problem. I've given up trying to resolve it with you and have contacted Chronoengine direct about this matter.
