Hi I made some fixes to db_record_loader action.

In original if there are not result matched from db (and you set a where condition) it return no data.

I fix this condition and I set an exit condition to nodata if there are an error on SQL query.
The action "fixed" can be download from my web server at url http://www.sfs.it/downloads/db_record_loader.zip
