please help - plain text

hello everyone

i registared to email2sms service that send the leads from the our website to the customers (should do it)

to do that he must get only plain text - i need to send the leads in format of plain text
to put the leads in the massage i use that:
{name}
{phone}
its put the details

so' please help - how can i do that? how can i change that he will send the mail in plain text format? i tryed to push the "remove format" botton its not help...

I'm not clear where you are doing this or where the 'Remove Format' button is?

In the Email action the you can set the Save As option to 'Text' to send a plain text email.

In CFv3 there's a similar option on the Email Setup Properties box.

Hi Bob,

in V4.0 - is sending an e-mail in plain text also possible when using the "Easy form wizard"? I found the option in the normal Wizard, but can't seem to find it in the easy version...

If not possible - is there a way to convert an "easy wizard"-form to a normal one, or do I have to re-create it?

Hi Frank,

Click the form name in the "forms manager" then change the wizard mode there.

Changing easy wizard to advanced is fine, but the other way is not!
