Every form appears twice on screen

Every form has started showing twice - first in the left column under the menus and then in the proper place in centre screen. Any idea what is causing this and how to stop it?
With Joomla 1.5.26 I was using ChronoForms V3.1 RC5.5 but have upgraded to V3.2.0 with no change.

This sounds like your template may be including the page body twice? Is that possible?

It looks as though you have the form in a module in the left column as well as in the main page content.

Yes, I misunderstood the need to have mod_chronocontact enabled. I turned it off and all is right. Oh, that all problems were so easily fixed. Thanks so much.
