Form loading on top of any page

This may have been asked before, but I can't find it in a search of the forums. When I load any page, the form flashes on the top of the page for a brief second. I really need to hide this. I tried adding a jQuery hide(), but it only takes effect after the form has flashed. Any suggestions?

Hi ralfeez,

That isn't a ChronoForm as far as I can see. If it's a form to be loaded in a lightbox, then you maybe need to delay the loading and/or hide it before it is loaded.

Sorry, but it is truly a Chronoform. I built it myself, so there is no doubt in my mind. It is also not in a lightbox. Thank you anyway. I will muddle through it somehow.
