Form does not appear.

Hard to tell, do you have a form name in the menu setting?

What do you see if you use the FrontEnd View link from the forms manager?

Hi Bob, I will use ChronoForms some time now and I have done all setup correctly.
The form name is "faleconosco", I tried to use the component and modulo. I also tried via plugin, but it does not work.

The visualize form in front end also appears empty.

Please take a Form Backup using the icon in the Forms Manager and post it here (as a zipped file) or PM or email it to me and I'll take a closer look.

I suspect a conflict with something else on the site but I'll check and see if the form is OK on my test site first.
