I really am confused! :? I've added your code to forms to handle image based buttons. View the page in 'Frontend view' and it's perfect .. but now on my LIVE SITE the submit buttons are invisible (they are there, if you click the position they work).
Any ideas on a fix? - don't want to have to alter every form submit button

I've found the reason it happens - in my site configuration, 'Search engine friendly URLs' was set to ON. Having turned it off the buttons now display! 🙄 Crazy huh?

I can't even see the form if I go to the SEF page :-(
It maybe that you need full URLs for the images in the CSS to handle the SEO URLs correctly.
