Checkbox in database

Joomla 2.5.6
ChronoForms 4.0 RC3.4.1

I've got a form with a checkbox on in, when the checkbox gets displayed in the email or in the database it shows blank if it isn't ticked and 0 if it is.
How can I change it to display yes or no?

Hi Paul,

In the CheckBox element General Tab set the Field Default Value to Yes then click the Ghost tab and set the Ghost Value to No
