check box doesn't appear

Brand new to Chrono. I just set up a simple form on Joomla 2.5 and everything including reCaptcha & database functions are working great. When I added the check box options, I can see the items but the actual boxes don't appear, nor does there seem to be any area close to the listed items where I might be able to click. I'm not sure if it's a problem with the template or I need to change some colours. Any suggestions?

Hi Daniel,

Best thing is to switch the template to the Joomla default one, if the checkboxes are there then its a problem with your template, some templates try to add fancy effects, you can disable the effect in the template settings page.

it was the template, I may have to create a separate CSS class or something for it. Thanks for the help
