Want to hire someone to finish coding my form

I have a form that I created and set to save the records in a DB table. Now, I want to give the user the ability to search for a record based on a specific field in the form and then pre-populate the form with most fields from the original form data. Then when the form is submitted a new record is created and stored in the database. I believe that using a Multi Record Loader action will work with some tweaks to the functionality. Again, I am willing to pay for your time in helping me with this and there is some more work I am going to need done on this project, pertaining to displaying a log of form submissions using chronoconnect. If you can help I will make it worth your while.
