When I tried to add a form element(state) to a chronoform in easy mode it caused an error site wide: http://www.euroamtravelclub.com/index.php/cost.

Anyone else had this happen and what should I do to fix it? (please be very specific on how to fix it since I am really new to Joombla and chronoforms and have no idea what I am doing).

The problem appears to be that the jos_attachments table doesn’t have a column called state

This isn’t a standard Joomla! table so you'd need to check what extension is using it.
