Changing the Date Picker default for one date on a form

When the date box (using Date Picker) is used, I would like it to default to the following:
[attachment=0]Dates.png[/attachment]
e.g. the user can scroll through the years.

I have two dates on the form but I only want it to default to this for one of them. The other can stay as the usual, with the current Month.

How do I achieve this?

(For those who are worried, this is not a good screen shot, the actual date field has been cropped out, but you get the idea :-) ).

Give that datepicker a different class name and use a Custom DatePicker action from the Power Fields group to configure it.

Excellent, thanks. That worked fine for me as I want all my dates to be like that. For interest I tried to look at customizing only one but could not find the "Power Fields" group.

Scroll down the list of groups on the Actions tab, it's down near the bottom of the list.
