CAPTCHA is not working

Hi there,

Using Joomla V2.5.6 ChronoForms V4.0 RC3.3

Just had a client email me saying she's been getting a lot of bogus form submissions lately.

I tested the form and noticed that even though Captcha is enabled, it's not working. I tested it by typing in "test" instead of the CAPTCHA letter/number combo and the form went through even though the CAPTCHA was clearly wrong.

Is there something I should look for in the backend that can diagnose and solve why this might be happening?

Hi webgyrl,

It sounds as though the Captcha isn't set up correctly. Please see this FAQ
