Problem with Tooltip option on Checkbox element

Hello.

I have a little problem on my website with Chronoform.

The problem is with the Checkbox element. When I try to insert some text on the ToolTip option, the text on the web appears behind the main block. You can see only a part of the text between the background and the main or central part of the site.

Are you using a Rocket Theme template? If so please turn off Input Formatting in the template Advanced Options.

It´s a Joomlart template. I´ve searched what you said but I didn´t found it on Joomlart tenmplates. Is there other way to do it?

That's really a question for Joomart. It looks as though the template (or something else) is formatting the checkbox to make it look pretty. Often this is done by moving the ChronoForms checkbox off the page and replacing it with a 'pretty' version. Unfortunately the error message is still attached to the checkbox that had been moved off the page.
