Hi meadowsmedia,
Is this the latest ChronoForms version 3.2?
If so there's a bug in the File upload code. Please see this post.

version 4.0 RC3.2 - It was working before and it just stopped one day.. uploaded file in post but still not working..
ok, I tried the fix and it would not work. I just installed V4 3.4.1 and it did not fix the error.. Lost now.. none of the uploads features in the forms are working
Hi meadowsmedia ,
If it suddenly stopped then it's very unlikely that it is a problem with ChronoForms. This usually happens when web hosts decide to 'upgrade' their security settings, or something else changes on the site like turning on FTP in the site Global Configuration.
a) Try dragging a Debugger action into the On Submit event, then submit the form and post the debug results here.
Note: if you are using the Easy Wizard you may need to switch to the Advanced Wizard to do this; if you want to continue to use the Easy Wizard please make a copy of your form first and add the Debugger action to the copy.
b) Try temporarily changing the Site Error Reporting to Maximum and see if any more useful PHP errors show up.

Ok, My fault here.. never thought it was the component RS Firewall, but now I need to figure out how it is blocking the uploads..
