On this form, mail is sent to @hotmail or @gmail addresses fine but when sent to @clientsurl.com it gets bounced back as an unknown user. A lot of times these get stuck in my mail queue in WHM as well. Any ideas? I do know they're using an Exchange server for their mail service.

HI swopeoffice,
Have you checked the FAQ? That covers the email problems that I know about. You might also check with a test form that has just a submit button.

I ended up having to switch my sites email settings to SMTP. Works like a charm now!🙂
