upgrade joomla 1.5 to joomla 2.5

I upgraded my website with jupgrade. After that I installed the new version of chronoforms and chronoconnectivity.
How can I get my forms from my old site back into my new site?

Hi Pokemon,

There's no easy answer I'm afraid. Please see this FAQ for some info on upgrading ChronoForms. I don't yet know much about the new version of ChronoConnectivity but there is no auto-upgrade.
