I have set up a form that allows users to attach a variety of file types including zip.
Every file type works just fine except for the zip files.
I sent a test zip file attachment from my computer and it successfully delivered. My client has reported that several of their customers are complaining that their zip files will not send using the form.
My cient tested on their end and have concluded that proxy servers are the issue.
When they use the form and attach the same zip file I sent them, it fails. When they remove themselves as a user from their proxy server, they can successfully send the zip file.
What solutions are there for dealing with proxy servers that filter zip files?
Thanks
