Access Form from Menu

Hey guys,

I dunno why I can't wrap my head around this...I did it with ease in Joomla 1.0x but in Joomla 1.5x I can't seem to figure out how to add a menu item that connects to a chronoform!

I create a menu item type to chrono forms and enter the proper form name in the basic parameter however when I click the menu item link in the front end I get a "No input file specified." message! Can someone pleeeease point me in the right direction here...what am I missing?

I usually use a link item and paste in the link from the forms manager page.

That's so logical it embarrassing! I tried to make an External Link to index.php?option=com_chronocontact&chronoformname=EntryForm however when I click the menu item on the front end, it changes to index.php/?chronoformname=EntryForm

I'm using Joomla 1.5.1. Might that conversion be a bug or am I still missing something?

Please advise.
