Captcha fault

Hi,

First off all great component!! I'm using it now for a while, but I ran into a problem with the captcha where in a lot off cases the first time you enter an captcha code it will say that it is an incorrect code. Are there more people who have problems with this?

I think yes the problem has been introduced before, if you search the forums here then you can find it, let us know, which Joomla version do you have, which Chronoforms version, do you have rund through the problem using the mambot or the component page, how many times did you test this, does it happen all time ?

Hi David,

If you don't already have it please update to the latest version of ChrnonForms. I haven't seen this reported recently.

I tried to search but couldn't find the problem/solution. I use the latest (dutch) version 1.5.3 of Joomla! and the latest Chronoforms. I get the problem with the component page (link in the menu). I tested it many times (10+) and in 8 out of 10 I get the problem. I will try to reinstall the component because I updated an older version of it.

Still having the problem. Is it possible that there is a time out time for the image verification? Because it is a big form what take a long time to fill out?

Hi David,

I guess that it's just possible that the session is timing out. Try making the session longer in the site Global Config and see if the problem goes away.
