Spam capctha how ?

hello I am using
your plugin to my site.
But I am wondering if its possible to have a
capctha in my form so spammers don´t can send me
mails.
I have tried to add http://extensions.joomla.org/component/option,com_mtree/task,viewlink/link_id,1211/Itemid,35/
but no luck.
Any one can help me with this ?
