Error Saving...

Sorry, I have Joomla 2.5.6 and chronoforms Version 4.0 RC3.4.1 Validated, my problem is that often saving a form modify the component doesn't show any error but close itself and send me to the admin page without saving any change, 😲

How can I fix it?
