After change form app no forms display in manager

I have been fooling around with ChronoConnectivity and had a form with ChronoConnectivity set as the app. I changed that field back, either to default or blank, I can't remember now. Now there are no forms displayed in the form manager. The app field for all form records is blank. Any ideas about what I have hosed?

Hi Jim,

Sorry, I haven't seen this one before. I do think that there should be a 'all' option on the Apps drop-down.

You might try adding apps back into the form records and see if they they magically re-appear?
