Forum not sending e-mail on submit

Hi,
Sorry if this has been asked before but I can't seem to find any solution

http://lsi-portsmouth.co.uk/jupgrade/index.php/en/general-book-a-course the form here is currently set to my e-mail via the events e-mail drop-in, however it doesn't seem to send e-mails when submit is used.

Any help would be great

edit: I also use aiContactSafe which does send out the e-mail fine when the submit is done

Edit: I've checked the tutorial, however the only information for e-mails I could find is for the 1.5 verison of the plugin and I'm currently on 2.5, any more support with this would be great. Thanks
