Hi there,

We've got an error with a form on one of our sites. Was working, up until a couple of weeks back, and we can't recall any changes being made at the time of the error commencing.

The form seems to work when accessed from the 'Test Form' button in the ChronoForms back end, but neither sends an email or displays the thank you message when filled in via the front end.

Can anyone see any issues that I can't? Totally stumped... 😢
