Hi Peter,
I don't see an input_text_3 in your form, the name of the Woonplaats select drop-down is input_select_12 so you'd need {input_select_12} in the email template.

hi Bob,
to make sure there is no misunderstanding i send the data that i recieve from the form:

Hi Peter,
I still don't see an input_text_3 in your form, the name of the Woonplaats select drop-down is input_select_12 so you'd need {input_select_12} in the email template.

hi Greyhead,
really no idea where you are talking about; i will delete the dropdown menu en make a new one.
That seems the most easy way for me.
Thanks anyway,
Peter
Hi Peter,
It's just that the input name in the Email template needs to match the name of an input in the form . . . and, as far as I can see, it doesn't.
Bob
hi Greyhead,
still not sure if i understand what you mean but send you some screenshots and please let me know if there is something wrong
Thanks, Peter
Hello Greyhead,
it took me awhile to find out what you meant with 'template'🙄 but fortunately today i found out:D I have the impression that something goes wrong when i click on 'Generate auto template' Today i made a form on another domain and had the same kind of problems. When i delete the HTML and click 'save' again i click on 'Generate auto template' everything works fine!??
So on the domain we talked about i also delete the HTML, saved, clicked ont the Generate auto template' and now all is perfect.
Thanks,😀
Peter
Hi Peter,
It may be that Max has set it up so that the button only works if there is no template set - this would prevent some accidents if you clicked it by mistake.
