Form not submiting after renaming

I've imported a form to my test site(I was working locally) and it works as expected. Instead of Submit I have a Next button that goes to another form according to some php statemant. When I rename the form from "training2" to "training", the submit button doesn't work anymore! That's very strange, I only change the name of the form and it's also a unique name!

Basically the problem is that All buttons don't work when I am calling the form from a menu item. They work when I preview from the Forms management! Why is that happening?!

There was some code in my template that was interefering with the form. I've debugged further and solved the issue. Sorry about that. Thanks!
