I've created a mail reply with dynamic subject, doesn't work

I've created a mail in my form, and I wanted to use the dynamic subject.
So I entered the string: "Indmeldelse af {name1}"

But when the mail is sent, the subject contains "DEFAULT SUBJECT".

If I enter: "Indmeldelse" in the static mail subject, it is inserted.
