Does a textbox need validation?

Hi! My question is about textbox. I was worried about its security against sql injection attack. Do I need to take care about it with a custom server side validation? Or does Joomla/Chronoforms takes care of this automatically?

You should take care of it using a custom server side validation action. ChronoForms doesn't do any data sanitisation because it has no idea what data you want to block or allow.
