reload form page after submit

hi, i need to reload form page after submit, but i don't know how to do.
I tried to set the ReDirect URL->Target URL the page of form but don't work it

The Show Form action may be what you need?

yes it works, but when reloaded the page, displays only the form without the menu in the left side

i have used the settings
Action = Redirect to form
Form Event = Load

i don't know where is the problem???

I guess the side menu module is linked to a particular menu item. You can probably do that by using the User ReDirect sction or $mainframe->redirect and adding the ItemId to the URL.
