Can I do this?

Hey all,

First off... great prod! Will review in the JED today/tomorrow.

Now to my question.

I have a form collecting needed data for a label creation process. I have worked out the multipage aspects but...!

One of the necessary bits of info is collected via a converted excel to HTML page. I would like to include this page as one of the steps in Chronoform.

Currently the form just lives as a wrapped page all on its own on my site... you can see my form as it is currently and the page here.

http://nutritionfactslabelservices.com/index.php/ingredients-data <==html to excel
http://nutritionfactslabelservices.com/index.php/submit-a-product <--current form

How do I get the two to make sweet sweet single submissions together!

Any ideas/help appreciated!

Hi CassVox,

You can import forms like this to ChronoForms by copying and pasting the Form HTML and the scripts into appropriate form elements/actions . . . but it might just be simpler in this case to re-create the Excel form from scratch. Just because the MS code is probably more complex that it needs to be.

Hard to tell though, I've never worked on conversion of an Excel form.

Oh, wow... I guess I really was making that harder than it needed to be.

I don't do the conversion.. I have a much nicer program that does it all for me since there are multiple formulas involved in the excel sheet that the standard MS to web part of excel just won't handle.

Thanks! I really do tend to over think/complicate things sometimes.
