Hi,
I have a contact page on a client website using captcha at echidna springs dot com dot au / contact-us (remove the spaces and join the dots). This all works well except when visitors use the Google Translate plugin to switch to an alternative language and then try to use the contact form which then shows a verification failed message, despite entering the correct code.
If anyone else has come across this issue and solved it, I'd appreciate some help!
Note: I tried Setting Events -> Show html -> Republish form data to "Yes" and "No" and neither setting solves the issue.
Thanks,
Neil.

Hi Neil,
I think this is because the translation process re-loads the page in an iFrame and refreshes the Captcha image in the process. The image then no longer matches the stored version of the code from the User Session that ChronoForms checks against.
You might try the option to 'Load encoded image' I think?? that will stop the image changing.
Otherwise the answer is probably to use a different Captcha. The new 'security question' should work; as would a honeypot, and possibly ReCaptcha.
