Chronoforms (last version) doesn't send mail with plugin

Prejudice.
in addition to its subject matter, point out that:
backend by clicking on the frontend view (http://www.pittorika.com/index.php?option=com_chronoforms&chronoform=contatti) sends the email correctly and be in the event Show thankyou message.


But if I try to send a mail from Page <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.pittorika.com">www.pittorika.com</a><!-- w --> / contatti.html wrong but nn even by mistake.


Article I put just the call to the plugin (enabled) and then the name of the form which is as follows:
{ChronoForms}contacts{/ChronoForms}
He stopped working recently (version 2.5.4 and joomla ChronoForms latest version also).

UPDATE:
I uninstalled and reinstalled both the component and the plugin recreating the form from scratch.


Nothing to do in the frontend view works, but rather from the article page NO!

Information: When I try to send a message from the public page (the article for instance), after clicking SUBMIT, I redirect to the following page:
http://www.pittorika.com/contatti.html?chronoform=contatti&event=submit

Please try setting 'Relative URL' to 'No' in the form General tab (click the form name link to open the tab).

Why i must put NO on "Relative URL" ? Now the Thank you page doesn't contain the original article but only the message...is not beautiful !

The reason for setting Relative URL to 'No' is that if it is set to 'Yes' your SEF URLs redirect you to some other page and the form isn't submitted. It may not be the prettiest result but it works.
