Removing "joomla professional work" embeded form

I have a licensed version installation of Chronoform and my forms appear without the "joomla professional work" tag line at the bottom of each form; however, when I embed a form, it shows up again. What do I need to do not have this show on my embedded forms.

But if you click on the "Receive eNewsletter" menu button the form appears without the tag line.

Well, now I'm embarrassed:blush: . I forgot the licensed bot version that came along with the component. Thanks for your help. Works great now.
