Installed the form on Joomla 1.5 and get (Flooding

I just installed the form, I copied all the fields from the 1.0 joomla and when i open the link on the home page to go to forms I get

Forbidden access (Flooding)

Why is this happening?

I am sorry, it was another component that was doing that, chronoforms is one of the best component for Joomla
