Field names in email rather than data - but not always

skyekr 07 May, 2012
I have different versions of Chronoforms on two different sites, and have experienced the same problem; sometimes when someone fills in the form, the email that is sent to me has only the field names rather than the data that the user input? When I test it, I get the data just fine and can't seem to replicate the problem. And sometimes when I receive the form by email from other users, the data comes across just fine too? I'm thinking that it is something the user is doing, but because it happens so frequently, without the user knowing it, it is a big problem

Here are the sites:
http://winningwithhorsepower.org/index.php?option=com_chronocontact&Itemid=289 still running Joomla 1.5 with Chronoforms version ?

This is what I get:

Hi skyekr,

I just submitted a blank form to you by turning JavaScript off. Add a Serverside validation check on (at least) one or two required inputs to block these submissions.
