Date missing in 'Submit Article'

I just discovered that Published date is not set when I use the Submit Article action, and in that I've set 'Published' to Yes.

I think this started after upgrading to the latest version.

Yes, the article is submitted, but the metadata looks odd.
But, I'm not sure what I did, it seems to be fixed, very strange, been trying this and that :-)
