Submit button stopped working

Head scratcher here. A few weeks ago I built a simple form to collect reg data. Now that the site is live (!) I just tested the form again and find that not only am I no longer getting the confirmation email, but the thank you screen is no longer showing up either. Pretty much what happens now when the form is filled and the submit button is clicked is that it just returns to the registration page.

As far as I know nothing has changed and it seems that all the settings are correct.

Anything come to mind?

By the way...using the latest version of Chronoforms.

This sounds like a URL problem. Is the form in a module or article? If so try setting 'Relative URL' to 'No' on the Form general tab.
