Is it possible to go in case of a answer to go to form1 or form2?

I want to ask "Yes" or "No" and by "Yes" he must go to form2 and by "No" he must go to the end.

Hi bkpanther,

Yes, you an do this though you will need to write a little code.

The simplest way might be to use two links in your first form - one for Yes and the other for No.
