Form is not displaying

For some reason, my form is not showing.

I have put the form name in curly brackets like this:

{chronoforms}Name{/chronoforms}

and it doesn't show.

I just get a link like this showing:

Powered By ChronoForms - ChronoEngine.com

This has happened to me before on another Joomla 2.5 website. It showed and then something happened and it wouldn't show. Then I got it to show. I don't know what I did to make it show though.

I don't know how to get this form to display on this current Joomla website.

Are there any settings I should check?

I have turned on publishing.

The other stuff (the text) in the article shows up on the website, just not the form.

I worked it out.

I went to this link which I found on browsing the web for answers, and followed the instructions and now the form displays.

At first, "Actions" tab did not display and I had to change some settings until it displayed.
