problem-not all info is submitted

Hi, please advise on how to configure this form within chrono forms as not all the information is posted via e-mail, the form is configured to eliminate people from changing pricing manually. This isn't a ChronoForms form so there's not much help I can give.

The ref_no filed is marked as 'disabled'

There are no 'ex_postage' or 'totalt' fields as far as I can see.
